What to have ready

You do not need a full package to start a conversation, but the more of the file you have, the faster the desk can be specific. For most multifamily deals that means a current rent roll, a trailing 12-month operating statement, and a rough sense of your timeline and target leverage. Our loan documentation checklist walks through the complete list lenders eventually ask for, and our forms and templates cover the standard documents.
