For instance, we’ve arranged Fannie Mae DUS multifamily loans as low as $1MM even though, generally speaking, they tend to start at $5MM and up.

We also have significant experience syndicating LP equity for a development before the land receives entitlements. We are proud of what we do and well aware that many of the solutions we execute for our clients are often labeled as highly unlikely before they are actually done. Our team is particularly proud of our HUD financing for multifamily properties, as well as our expertise arranging loans through the Freddie Small Balance Loan Program. While our banking relationships are unparalleled, we enjoy being challenged by our clients’ needs and developing innovative, creative solutions to their problems.
