Every now and again we like to throw an update on here to brag about things we do. Sometimes it's showing off that we can close Fannie Mae DUS multifamily loans as low as $1MM even though, generally speaking, they tend to start at $5MM and up. Sometimes we syndicate LP equity for a development before the land receives entitlements. The point isn't so much to be show-offs, as it is that we are proud of what we do and well aware that much of what we do is often labeled as "highly unlikely" before we do it. Sure, we excel at HUD financing for multifamily properties and have an amazing Freddie Small Balance Loan Program, and our banking relationships are out of this world... but unlike most; we enjoy a good challenge every now and again!
Sure we squeeze spreads, reduce costs, improve leverage and everything in-between while going above and beyond the call of duty as far as customer service is concerned (even negotiating rates with appraisers to drive down costs), but we bring something else to the table that are particularly proud of... relationships... and in this business, relationships count.
